Sakthi Kumar, in the video at the top, is a software engineer in Munich. The half marathon had sold out, and on the last day for transfers, he sent Muse a single typo-filled line: "Can u find vpciher code for me." Muse began by correcting the premise: "There's no public voucher code to find." Then it started looking for people willing to give up their spots and messaging them in German. That night, an email arrived from the organizers: "Your registration was successful."
After launch, posts showing jobs handed to Muse kept coming on X and Reddit. One, about reporting tangled wires on a utility pole to Verizon with a single photo, passed 850,000 views. In the US App Store, the number of ratings grew from 98,000 on October 1 to 159,000 five days later.
Muse opens its own browser to move around sites, fill in forms, and negotiate on your behalf. In the cases below, people handled steps like logins, verification codes, and money transfers themselves.
