Ask an agent to find a skill and it grabs whatever looks related. A skill with 12 installs can still make the list. This one never looks outside the 10k+ pool.

That’s the contract we built. It doesn’t search everything and then glance at install counts. It only chooses from a verified list.

Is there a skill that writes Excel macros for me?

Not in the verified pool yet. I won’t fetch a low-install lookalike. I can just do that work myself.

If it isn’t there, it says so. Filling the gap with noise would make this a regular search.

Open search shows whatever’s related. Install count is a hint, not a gate. So the agent starts the job with the first plausible file.

10k isn’t a prestige line. It’s a long-tail cutoff. Number one is at 3 million. Not looking below 10k is the whole skill.

If the pool has nothing, it says nothing. The moment it fetches a cousin to fill the blank, this is just search again.
